Orcoda Limited (ASX: ODA), a leading provider of integrated smart transport and technology solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Patrick Bodegraven as an Executive Director of the Company, effective 18 July 2025. This strategic appointment strengthens Orcoda’s leadership team and underscores its commitment to driving innovation and growth in the transport logistics, workforce logistics, and transport infrastructure sectors.
Mr. Bodegraven, who joined Orcoda as Group General Manager, Sales & Marketing, has already made significant contributions to the Company, notably in identifying new avenues for Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) service offerings and cultivating a robust deal pipeline. His extensive leadership background includes senior roles at renowned global organisations such as Tata, SAP, Wipro, and Deloitte. Patrick is widely recognised for his proven ability to build high-performing business units, particularly within consulting and government sales, bringing a wealth of business acumen and strategic leadership experience across diverse international jurisdictions and highly regulated industries.
