ORCODA, the leading transport optimisation and transport infrastructure company, is thrilled to announce a significant milestone as its subsidiary, The Betta Group, enters into a purchase order contract with Aurizon. This contract, valued at approximately $6.8 million, will see The Betta Group install and commission remote controlled signalling at six locations in Newlands, within the Bowen Basin in Central Queensland.

Aurizon, Australia’s largest rail transport business and a top 100 ASX company, has chosen ORCODA’s subsidiary to undertake this crucial infrastructure project. The Statement of Works signed between The Betta Group and Aurizon will span from the second half of 2023 to the first half of 2024, bringing immense value to both parties involved.

Geoff Jamieson, ORCODA’s Managing Director, expressed his excitement about this, stating, “This contract win demonstrates our ability to win and execute large projects, cementing our position as a trusted transport infrastructure contractor in the Central Queensland region.
