Simon Anthonisz, General Manager of Healthcare and Transport
Experienced in designing and delivering personnel and mobility solutions. Improving outcomes for passenger transport, community transport, personnel mobilisations and transport logistics.
Patrick Bodegraven, Group General Manager, Sales & Marketing
Patrick Bodegraven brings a wealth of experience to Orcoda as the Group Sales and Marketing Manager. With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Patrick has held senior leadership roles at renowned global companies such as Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Wipro, SAP, and Deloitte. Notably, during his tenure as General Manager for Government, Health, and Education at TCS, Patrick successfully established the company’s Government business across Australia.
Patrick’s expertise lies in sales leadership, marketing strategy, and driving digital transformation across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. He has a proven track record of establishing new business units and delivering innovative solutions in consulting and government services.
At Orcoda, Patrick plays a critical role in advancing the company’s vision of “Building a Connected Future.” His focus on expanding Orcoda’s business operations and substantially growing Annual Recurring Revenue is aligned with the company’s mission to enhance client operations through best-in-class technology and service solutions.

Mark Austin, Sales Manager for OWLS and Consulting Services
Mark Austin is an award-winning Senior Executive with over 30 years of proven success in driving multimillion-dollar growth in IT sales, consulting, and digital transformation. He’s adept at improving business performance, fostering robust client relationships, and leading teams to achieve exceptional results. Mark’s expertise is pivotal in accelerating Orcoda’s Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth, particularly within the Government and Resources sectors.
Joining Orcoda, Mark brings unparalleled sales leadership and strategic vision. His extensive career includes significant roles at Tata Consulting Services, where he dramatically expanded market penetration and achieved landmark deals with major clients like Flight Centre, BHP, and Rio Tinto. Mark was notably the first Sales Director to break into BHP from TCS in two decades, showcasing his exceptional ability to forge new pathways.
Mark’s track record extends to securing major government contracts and achieving substantial revenue growth for companies like CSC and Fujitsu, where he earned a Global Sales Award for “Deal of the Year.” His deep experience in commercial negotiation, market expansion, and high-value sales makes him a transformative addition to the Orcoda team, poised to scale our platforms and IT services globally.
Jesse Drummond, Chief Technology Officer
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for managing the development team and implementation of all technology platforms, as well as overseeing Research & Development .
Jesse has worked over the past 7 years as a technology expert in developing Enterprise Application Software & managing cloud solution architecture.

General Management Executive with 25 years of progressively responsible operational leadership roles with world class organisations within the engineering and service, energy and utilities industries.
Rick Polzi, Managing Director of Future Fleet
Rick has a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from Queensland University of Technology and has worked at Future Fleet International for the past 20 years. His current strengths and focus lie within customer account management, engineering design and technical trouble shooting.
Nathan Murray, Client Success Manager
Experienced Client Success leader specialising in SaaS. Successfully overseeing complex projects and implementations across diverse sectors. His expertise lies in orchestrating solutions that enhance operational efficiencies and align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Susan Dobell, Marketing and Communications
Over 15 years experience in sales and marketing roles. Previous Business Manager at oOh! media (ASX:OML), where she worked for over 10 years on Retail, Road, Rail and Bus Shelter advertising signage across Australia and New Zealand. Certified and highly experienced in B2B marketing and digital marketing.
Krisztina Szabo-Rohonczi , Financial Controller
Krisztina has over 20 years of consulting, project management, financial management and accounting experience. She has significant experience in budgeting and financial modelling as well as in financial and management controlling.
Peter David, Strategic Sales
Peter has extensive business development and management experience; grounded in sales & marketing and skilled in launching products into global markets.
Prior to Keaz, Peter worked in Hong Kong with a local family owned manufacturing group to build a global distribution channel. Peter also successfully established a new sales and support operation in South Australia for the Australian owned ERP systems developer, Pronto Software.
Peter has also previously raised both seed and venture capital for technology start-ups, held two board positions, one ASX listed and one unlisted, and personally worked with board members such as Jeff Kennett and Malcolm Turnbull.
