Orcoda will be represented at an upcoming webinar that will examine the challenges faced by the community transport sector.
It’s a sector which could be improved significantly by innovation and a more coordinated approach, especially with the technology and data now available.
Chief Operating Officer Simon Anthonisz is among the experts on the panel for the ‘Delivering community transport that meets the diverse needs of our growing population’ webinar on April 6.
Hosted by iMOVE and ITS Australia, the webinar is a presentation and discussion based on a recently completed multi-state study that examines the community transport sector, including the ways in which it could work better.
It will bring together voices from the transport industry and service providers who will discuss how community transport can be more accessible and equitable.
Orcoda offers expertise in this space, with its technology platforms solving workforce and logistics management challenges.
Specifically, the webinar will examine how to improve accessibility, opportunities for better allocation of resources and the partnering opportunities that exist for organisations.
Those expected to attend include providers of community transport services, technology solution providers, local and state government representatives and people from community groups.
The panel also includes ITS Australia Policy Manager Stacey Ryan and iMOVE Programs Director Lee-Ann Breger.
