Fun Fact! Microsoft also went public this year. This was also the same year that Halley's Comet visited our Solar System, Australia was granted independance from the UK and the tv show Neighbours made its debut.

Merged with SmartTrans
Orcoda underwent a transformative merger with SmartTrans, leading to the formation of the Orcoda brand and the acquisition of our logistics and transport management platform.
Acquisition of Betta Group
