Orcoda Community Transport (OCT) software was integrated with AlayaCare at the request of our new client, Astley Care, who are taking part in the ACTA Pricing Trial. Orcoda Community Transport (OCT) Software
The OCT software is specifically designed to meet the unique demands of the Community Transport industry. It encompasses three core functionalities:

– OPTIMISE: Enhancing the efficiency of fleet, staff, and route management. This includes optimising job allocation, sequencing, scheduling, rostering, and routing.
– AUTOMATE: Streamlining daily operations with automation, reducing repetitive tasks, and enabling easy single-click DEX reports.
Our OCT software ensures that community members have better access to transport services, leading to improved service delivery and operational efficiency.
Astley Care: Committed to Quality Service
Located in Gosnells, Western Australia, Astley Care is dedicated to providing choice, dignity and independence for seniors and carers in their local community. Astley Care was selected as 1 of the 30 community transport providers that will take part in the pricing trial, officially known as the Community Transport Pricing Pilot (CTPP). It is a collaborative effort between Australian Community Transport Association (ACTA) and the Australian Federal Government’s Department of Health and Aged Care. Its aim is to refine transport cost methodologies, explore alternative policy arrangements, and integrate social engagement and client choice into future transport pricing mechanisms.
Astley Care sought an integration with AlayaCare to eliminate the need for double data entry and create a seamless, user-friendly workflow. This integration aligns with their vision and commitment to providing high-quality care and support to the community.
